I think these look really neat, although I have to admit I’m not the biggest fan of weaponry as sharp things tend to scare me.

even though im 100% that screen of Kamina/his sword is just perspective
those long swords are called Nodachi and were used by the samurai on horseback (also sometimes as like a spear, because they’re too long and too awkward to use in a melee fight) :D

there’s also o-tachi’s that are longer than a katana but shorter than a nodachi. p much the longsword of the katana world :D
